Cygnus Support - Support and wellbeing through partnership, training and counselling, based in the North East.

Victims First - You don't have to report a crime to the police to get help from Victims First Northumbria. When you speak to a VFN co-ordinator, they will ask you a few questions to establish what has happened and how the crime has affected you and your personal circumstances. They will then help you identify the best support for you to help you cope and recover from your experience. Call: 0800 011 3116.

FaceUp2It. FACE (Fighting Against Child Exploitation) is a group of young people, male and female, who are aware of the dangers of grooming and sexual exploitation. This website was developed by young people to help others who are vulnerable or taking risks.
Say Something - 24/7 anonymous helpline aimed at children and young people with concerns about sexual exploitation involving themselves or others. You can phone or text the helpline 116 000 for free help and advice.
The National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC) - NAPAC provides a national freephone support line for adults who have suffered any type of abuse in childhood. Someone Cares - Providing free confidential counselling support for males and females (11 years and over) who have experienced any kind of abuse including domestic violence.
