Digital Dip!

On December 3rd the mobile phone provider, EE, are doing a 'Digital Dip' at Newbiggin, Northumberland with the money raised being split between NDAS and Longbenton's cat and dog shelter. Another great act raising awareness for domestic abuse!

White Ribbon Day!

Kim McGuinness, Northumbria's' PCC visited Northumbria Police & Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue services today for the White Ribbon pledge. "Today is #whiteribbon2019 day and together we take a stand and say we WILL NOT accept violence of any kind against women and girls. Thank you to Northumbria Police and Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service for signing this pledge. You are role models in your communities and your commitment means so much."

'Women on Air' Lionheart Radio

Representatives from NDAS, Places for People, Rape Crisis and Cygnus Support were invited to discuss issues around abuse in Northumberland.
